Datails of the registration fees
1. Regular Registration fees for AMICS 2022 is USD500 / 3200 RMB per paper.2. If the length of the paper exceeds 7 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (From the 8th page) is USD50 / 300RMB.
3. Registration fees include one paper published on the conference proceedings, lunches and dinners on December 6-7, conference materials and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:
- Accommodation
- Visa application fee
- Transportation fee
- Publication fee in SCI indexed journals
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
Registration Notice
- Payment is supposed to be made in USD and RMB. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money;
- Kindly input the paper ID when making the payment. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact info@amicsconf.org for details);
Cancellation Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.- Before September 5th: Full Refund;
- From September 5th to November 5th: 50% of Payment Refund;
- After November 5th: No Refund.
